We hope you are pleased with the selection of merchandise and accouterments we offer. Your satisfaction is our goal!

If any item is not quite what you expected, we will cheerfully accept your return of goods in original condition within 14 days. Simply ship it back. You pay only shipping. If it is our error, call us and we will arrange for UPS pick up. The only exception is custom clothing because measurements provided to us are out of our control.

All orders will be shipped as soon as possible. However some items are hand-crafted and require additional time. If there is a delay we will notify you.

Shipments are usually made by USPS Priority Mail for most orders. UPS is utilized for the heavier items. Therefore please give a street address, not a post office box number.
