Folding Frying Pan

fp101.jpg (4954 bytes)This is an excellent example of 18th century reproduction. This historically correct frying pan measures 8" across at the top and 6" at the bottom. Slant sides provide a 2" depth for easy cooking. It has a locking, folding handle which makes it easy to transport. The handle will support a wooden extension for ease of use when hot.

Brazier

BR101.jpg (46074 bytes)Similar to originals from the Rev. War Era, these are great for the times you can't (or don't want to) use a firepit. This has a cooking grate that is attached and hinged for easy access to the coal box. There is also a wire mesh grate in the bottom for the coals to sit on for a much better draft.  To make it easier to transport, it has a bail handle sticking off of one side.
